1. Body Analysis Disclaimer
Body Analysis at Beaute’ Medical Aesthetics is a body composition and risk-marker assessment tool used to guide cosmetic and wellness programs, including medical weight loss and lifestyle coaching.
Metrics such as BMI, body fat percentage, visceral fat estimates, muscle mass, water balance, metabolic age, and circumferences are interpretive estimates, not medical diagnoses.
Body Analysis does not replace a full medical evaluation, imaging, or lab testing.
It should not be used to start, stop, or change medications or diagnose/rule out disease.
Any concerning findings may require referral to your primary care provider or a specialist.
Body composition changes depend on many factors including health status, medications, nutrition, and activity. No guaranteed fat loss, muscle gain, or specific change can be promised. Results vary.
2. Hair Analysis Disclaimer
Hair & Scalp Analysis at Beaute’ Medical Aesthetics is an aesthetic assessment tool, not a diagnostic medical test. It evaluates scalp health, hair density, shaft quality, and styling impact to guide cosmetic and wellness recommendations.
It does not diagnose conditions such as autoimmune alopecias, scalp infections, hormonal issues, nutritional deficiencies, or systemic disease.
If medical or scarring alopecia is suspected, referral to a dermatologist or appropriate medical provider will be recommended.
Not all hair loss responds to cosmetic or regenerative treatments. No specific regrowth or timeline is guaranteed.
3. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) — Wellness Use Only
HBOT at Beaute’ Medical Aesthetics is provided solely for wellness and aesthetic support in a non-hospital setting.
HBOT services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical disease or condition, including FDA-cleared hospital indications like decompression sickness, carbon monoxide poisoning, diabetic wounds, or radiation injury.
Individuals with chronic conditions, implants, lung disease, ear/sinus issues, claustrophobia, or recent surgery must consult their physician before treatment.
HBOT is not appropriate for all clients; contraindications will be reviewed during consultation.
4. Skin Analysis Disclaimer
Skin, Hair, and Body Analysis services at Beaute’ Medical Aesthetics are assessment and planning tools only.
These are not diagnostic tests and do not replace medical evaluation, imaging, or lab work.
Any suspicious lesions, scalp findings, or abnormal body-composition trends may require referral to an appropriate specialist.
Numerical values (BMI, visceral fat estimates, metabolic age, etc.) are used only for planning and tracking, not for medical diagnosis.
Do not make medical decisions or medication changes without consulting your healthcare provider.

9. Off-Label Use & FDA Disclosure
Some aesthetic treatments offered at Beaute’ Medical Aesthetics, including procedures such as Liquid BBL with collagen-stimulating dermal fillers, may involve the off-label use of FDA-approved products.
“Off-label” refers to the use of a medication or device in a manner—including the area of the body, dosage, or combination—that has not been specifically evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for that particular indication. Off-label use is legally permitted in the United States when performed by a licensed clinician using their professional judgment; however, it does not imply FDA approval for that specific procedure or treatment area.

Every aesthetic procedure carries potential risks, side effects, and the possibility of complications. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome or duration of results is guaranteed. Eligibility for any off-label treatment is determined after a thorough clinical evaluation, review of your medical history, and a discussion of the risks, benefits, alternatives, and realistic expectations.
If you have questions regarding whether a service involves off-label use, or if you would like more information about the risks and alternatives, please discuss them directly with your provider before scheduling or undergoing treatment.
